Director of Prevention Programmes/Honorary Senior Lecturer
Croí, West of Ireland Cardiac Foundation (in conjunction with partners) aims to appoint a Director of Programmes with the status of Honorary Senior Lecturer at NUI Galway.
Overview of Role
The Director of Prevention Programmes will be responsible for the management and oversight of all of Croí’s health programmes and for the alignment of these activities with the objectives of its partners - particularly in the areas of cardiovascular health promotion, prevention, education and research.
The appointment of the Director of Prevention Programmes represents the principal initiative of a Cardiovascular Health Partnership formed in 2011 and supported by: Croí; National University of Ireland Galway; Health Service Executive West and Kerry Group plc
Contract Terms
The appointment will be offered as a three to five-year, full time fixed-term contract with Croí. The remuneration will be commensurate to a University Senior Lecturer salary scale.
