Heartsaver CPR AED
This course will teach you how to recognise and deal with Sudden Cardiac Arrest by performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on adult, child and infant(optional) victims. You will also learn how to use a pocket-mask and how to recognise and deal with choking in the above age-groups.

The course will take 4-5 hours depending on whether the infant is requested as an optional module. On successful completion, each candidate will receive an internationally recognised certificate to last for the duration of 2 years.

Cardiac First Responder Community Level
This certified course teaches you Basic Life Support skills for adult, children and infant emergencies; how to use an AED on adults and children, and how to manage choking in all age groups. In addition, you will learn about the chain of survival, how to recognise heart attack & stroke and how to administer aspirin. Courses are run to suit community responders. Courses run by the Croí training site co-ordinator, who is a Regional Faculty member. Please contact the Croí Centre for Lifesaving Training to discuss the requirements for this course.

We offer Healthcare Professionals an internationally-recognised, certified course in Basic Life Support covering all age groups (Adults, Children & Infants). As part of this course you will be certified in CPR, management of choking and in the use of an AED.
