Croí Connemara Ramble

October 8, 2011

Take a 'Walk on the Wild Side' this October along the beautiful Máméan Route.

Come join us for a guided one-day Ramble (approx. 10 miles) through scenic Connemara.  Starting and finishing at Lough Inagh Lodge, this walk will take you through one of Ireland's most secluded and picturesque valleys with stunning views of the Maumturk Mountains and the Twelve Pins.

The walk leaves at 11am on a quiet back road before you take a traditional pilgrims' path to the Chapel & Holy Well at Máméan.  This guided walk is ideally suited for both beginners and experienced walkers - at your own pace you can take breaks and enjoy the scenery of the famed 'Western Way'.
