ARAMARK Ireland Launches National Cupcake Week to support Croí

ARAMARK Ireland, the country’s leading food services, environmental, facilities and property management company, is calling on people across Ireland to rediscover the joys of home-baking and hold a cupcake party during the ARAMARK National Cupcake Week which runs from the 2nd of July to the 6th of July 2012.

As part of National Cupcake Week, ARAMARK will be selling the mouthwatering temptations across all of its food services sites throughout Ireland. Proceeds from cupcakes sales will go directly to the ARAMARK Charitable Fund in aid of Croí , Marie Curie Cancer Care, the Marie Keating Foundation and Cork Simon Community.

ARAMARK is also asking the general public to host their own cupcake party at home or at work to raise funds for the ARAMARK Charitable Fund. Speaking at the launch ARAMARK CEO Donal O’Brien said, “This is the fourth year of the ARAMARK Ireland National Cupcake Campaign. This campaign helps to raise vital funds for our nominated charities, to date we have raised over 15,000 and this year with the public’s help, we hope to exceed this amount.
