A unique ‘scrabble’ fundraiser is being held in the Oslo Bar & Brewery in Salthill, Galway on February 10th at 8pm.

This novel fundraiser is being organised by local lady Trisha McKeon in aid of Croí. The entry fee is €20 for a team of 4 and where possible, players are kindly asked to bring their own scrabble set on the night. A raffle will also take place on the night with lots of great prizes on offer.

Trisha will join a group of trekkers who will undertake the ‘Camino Trek Challenge’ in June 2012 for Croí. This 115km trek follows the path of the famed pilgrim route leading to Santiago de Compostela. All funds raised from this event will support the work of Croí and help families & individuals affected by heart disease & stroke in the West of Ireland. For more info on the Camino Trek Click Here
