Heart Failure:

Croí and the NIPC is a member of the HF Policy Network – a multidisciplinary group from across Europe working with patients, health professionals and other stakeholders aiming to lead significant policy changes that will improve the lives of people with heart failure (HF).  The Network has developed the HF Policy Toolkit and other key materials to raise awareness of HF as a policy priority.

This year’s Diabetes Conference for health professionals event is focusing on “Improving Person Centred Diabetes Care through Implementation, Integration & Innovation” and is brought to you by Diabetes Ireland, Irish Endocrine Society, Irish Practice Nurses Association  and the IDNSA.

The Cycle-of-Care programme is now well-embedded across Ireland with strong demand for Diabetes information on a variety of topics from many professionals. This, along with a rise in the incidence of all types of diabetes, has influenced us to provide a larger and broader event this year.

We have designed a practical and in-depth day with 3 conference streams running concurrently. Based on feedback from last year, we are allowing people to move freely between all sessions with no need to pre-book a specific workshop or meeting.
