    Even though the majority of Irish people think they get enough physical activity, we actually average about 5,000 steps a day, just over half the recommended 10,000. Our 3rd Annual Croí Galway 5k Night Run, which takes place on Friday October 13th, is the perfect opportunity to get moving.
